Coaching Maps (C-MAP)
Helping Team Leaders and Managers to Improve the Performance and Productivity of Teams and Individuals
C-MAP is a project co-funded by Erasmus+ program under the KA202 – Strategic Partnerships for vocational education and training that aims to help team leaders, mangers and organisations to improve the performance of teams and individuals using a new coaching methodology called C-MAPs.
The project will help VET teachers and trainers to enable team leaders and managers in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal and Bulgaria to implement effective work-based coaching, applying the intelectual outputs (IO), developed under the C-MAP project (January 2020 – December 2021).
It is expected that over 600 individuals and organisations will benefit from involvement with the project, being directly made aware of the project’s results and impact with the aim of impacting on a further 5,000 indirectly via publicity and dissemination activities.
Who may take part in C-MAP?
The C-MAP project team is keen to make relevant information and the findings of its project available to the representatives of the three main project’s target groups – potential project participants:

Learning Hub Friesland (Netherlands)
LHF provides innovative approaches in teaching by developing attractive education and training programmes in line with the individual learners needs and expectations. LHF does this by introducing pioneering approaches, methodologies and technologies. Educational materials developed by LHF staff vary from curriculum on student initiated company assignment and social entrepreneurial behavior to ‘add on’ training programmes on internationalisation in entrepreneurship education.

C-MAP Kickoff meeting in Tralee
